My husband (A.G.Hubbard) and I would like to know what you think about the "Breaking of Calif." (politically, economically, & Davis recall connection). We believe it was well-planned in advance & began with the energy crisis (big increase in fees from Texas companies). The possibility that Davis & the State Legislature were �sleep at the wheel", was an added factor. However, the Republican ploy to accomplish this, seems to be one of the biggest political dirty tricks in our recent history. Your comments please ...Juliette & Asa Hubbard
